Parental PIN

The four-digit PIN is created by the parent or guardian during setup. It is separate from an online account password.

Child profile

A child can use a nickname. Avoid entering a child’s full legal name or other sensitive personal details.

Progress and rewards

Lessons, quiz results, stars, badges, streaks and game progress form part of the educational experience.

Virtual portfolio

All money and investments shown in the app are simulated. No real money is deposited, invested or transferred.

Getting started

  1. Open QuidQuest and tap Start the Quest.
  2. Enter a child profile name or nickname.
  3. Create a four-digit parental PIN.
  4. Use the Home, Learn, Play and Invest tabs to explore the app.

Common questions

The app is not opening or responding

  1. Close QuidQuest completely and open it again.
  2. Restart the iPhone or iPad.
  3. Check the App Store for an available update.
  4. Confirm the device is running a supported version of iOS or iPadOS.

My progress does not appear as expected

Confirm that the same child profile is selected. Avoid deleting the app while troubleshooting because locally stored progress may be removed.

I forgot the parental PIN

Use any PIN reset or app reset option shown in the parent area. A full reset may remove locally stored profiles and progress. Contact support before resetting when preserving progress is important.

The virtual portfolio value changed

Simulated asset prices can rise or fall as part of the learning exercise. These values do not represent real holdings, deposits or financial returns.
